Jessica graduated cum laude from Drury University with a degree in Business Communications. Her strong background in communication and organizational management supports her commitment to maintaining accuracy, integrity, and efficiency in all aspects of research compliance.

Domonique Merchant

Lab Technologist

Domonique Merchant is a healthcare professional based in Ozark, Missouri, serving as a Medical Assistant, Lab Technologist working in phlebotomy at Sharlin Health Neuroscience Research Center. With over a decade of experience, she supports clinical research through precise lab work and compassionate patient care.

Domonique holds a degree in Church Leadership and is also an International Missionary, combing her medical expertise with a deep commitment to service and global outreach.

Lindsay Bennett

Clinical Research Coordinator

Lindsay Bennett is a Clinical Research Coordinator, U.S. Army veteran, and dedicated mental health advocate committed to advancing healthcare through research and service. With a strong background in both military leadership and human health services, Lindsay brings over eight years of experience in the healthcare field.

Her military service shaped her core values of discipline, resilience, and integrity—qualities she applies daily in coordinating clinical trials that prioritize patient safety, data accuracy, and ethical care. Driven by purpose and compassion, Lindsay continues to bridge the gap between clinical research and real-world impact, ensuring that every study she supports moves us closer to better, more inclusive healthcare for all.

Kirk Henry

Clinical Research Coordinator

Kirk Henry is a Clinical Research Coordinator at Sharlin Health & Neuroscience Research Center. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Missouri State University, where he also completed extensive coursework in biomedical sciences.

With over five years of experience in the healthcare field across a variety of settings, Kirk brings a broad understanding of patient care and clinical operations. He is passionate about contributing to innovative research and finds the field both meaningful and rewarding.

Jami Jamison

Nurse and Clinical Research Coordinator

Jami Jamison has worked in the medical field for over 25 years, with 22 of those years dedicated to nursing. Throughout her career, she has witnessed many changes in healthcare, which inspired her to seek a role where she could spend more meaningful time with patients.

Four years ago, Jami transitioned into clinical research, where she found the balance she was looking for — combining her passion for patient care with the opportunity to contribute to advancing medical knowledge.

Adetutu (Tutu) Adeojo

Adetutu Adeojo serves as a Patient Recruitment Coordinator at the Sharlin Health & Neuroscience Research Center. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and is a recipient of the Sigma Alpha Pi award from the National Society of Leadership and Success.

With over five years of experience as a Patient Access Advocate, Adetutu brings strong patient engagement, strategic recruitment skills, and deep empathy to her role. Her dedication to advocating for patients and building meaningful relationships plays a vital part in advancing clinical research and enhancing the participant experience.
